Aisam-ul-Haq has reached final of Marseille Open Tennis Tournament
Pakistan Tennis star Aisam-ul-Haq and his Dutch Partner Jean Julien Rojer have reached the final of Marseille Open Tennis Tournament.
Aisam and Rojer, ranked 14th and 13th, respectively, defeated Thai pair of Sanchai Ratiwatana and Sonchat Ratiwatana, both ranked 81st, 6-0, 6-4 in the quarter-final of this ATP 250 tournament. Later beating the French pair of Nicolas Mahut and Edouard Roger-Vasselin, ranked 64th and 41st, respectively, in the semi-finals made their way to the Finals.
In the finals they are face Aisam and Jullien Rojer will now face Rohan Bopanna of India and Colin Fleming of Britain. Pakistanis might take it as a typical Pakistan-India match as Aisam is Pakistan’s heart and Rohan Indias.
Both the countries have their hopes up while Pakistanis are really looking forward to this win as a good news is really required at this time. The winner might also get a cash prize of $75000.
